Sage Warrior: Wake to oneness, practice pleasure, choose courage, become victory
by Valerie Kaur
The sage radiates love and Oneness; the warrior activates that ethical power to fight for humanity. These energies empowered the first Sikhs to survive near-annihilation in South Asia nearly half a millennium ago. The sage warrior is the essential archetype for our time of turmoil—one we can all embody to cultivate our souls and transform the world.
Dates for this 11-week session: January 8 - March 26 (no class Feb 12).

Sunday
4:30-6:30 PM, EST | Moving Toward Wholeness (Online only)
an online course exploring a new perspective on the “Blest Are They” sayings, known as the Beatitudes. Based on an Aramaic translation the sayings, we learn that rather than describing different types of people (poor, mourning, hunger, etc) these sayings reveal a path of healing and transformation for each of us.
Note: This is not a yoga class per se. The course incorporates centering breath work, movement and much of the philosophy parallels the philosophy of yoga.
10-week course, 120-minute classes, dates to be determined - click here to inquiry
$99* or invite a friend and save, $145* per couple.
(*Partial scholarships are also available for people in need.)

Tuesdays through Saturdays
Private Coaching (in person or online): There are as many reasons for private coaching as there are students. Here are just a few:
modifications for a physical constraint
not feeling ready to start a class and want some private instruction first
establishing a home yoga practice
coping with stress or anxiety (movement combined with Yoga Mindset Coaching which is based on Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS) also called Parts Work. I am a Level 1 trained IFS practitioner.)
