You can try any class for $15 to see if it’s a good fit for you. Give it a try. It’s easy to sign up:

  1. Complete the new student registration form.

  2. Complete the new student intake form.

  3. If you’re attending online, send your $15 payment through:

    • Venmo to Mary_Beth_Thomas, last 4 digits of phone: 5584

    • OR

    • Check to Mary Beth Thomas, 3885 South 9th Street, P.O. Box #124, Oshtemo MI 49077

      If attending in person, you can bring a check or cash to class.

If you like the class and want to continue, just let me know! You can tell me after class or send me an email. I’ll prorate the cost of the class depending on when you join.

Do I have to join at the beginning of the 8-week series?

Nope! You’re welcome to join at any point and I’ll prorate the cost based on your start date.

What is the cost to drop-in on a class?

Due to the limited space at the studio and the high interest in classes, I don’t offer a drop-in option.

What if I have to miss a class in the series?

Yoga for Healthy Aging: Since Yoga for Healthy Aging is offered three days a week you can make it up on another day. Just let me know so I can keep track.

Yoga for Stress Relief: You’re welcome to attend the first class in the next series OR receive a $15 discount on the cost of the next series.

MBT Book Club or Yoga for Mediation: Let me know ahead of time and I’ll record the class for you so you can keep up with the discussion and the yoga.
