You don't need to be flexible, thin, or “in shape” to do yoga.

If you can breathe, you can do yoga. In my classes, you’ll always be encouraged to go at your own pace and listen to your body. In this way, yoga is accessible to anyone, of any size, of any age. Yoga can transform both your mind and your body.

Where do you want to start your transformation?

New to yoga and not sure where to start? Start here…

Yoga is not primarily “physical exercise.” Yoga is more about a mindful connection to your breath and your movement. This brings you into the present moment which is where transformation begins. Whether the transformation you seek is increased health and vitality, decreased physical discomfort, reduced stress and anxiety, or a deeper sense of Self, yoga is a great place to start.

I welcome any questions you may have. I love sharing my passion for yoga; especially with beginners. Connect with me and I can help you find the right class for you that best meets your needs.

Mary Beth insists that her students work at their own pace and never do anything that might be hazardous; so we’re always comfortable....Yoga gives me incremental steps back to how I was 20 years ago, and that’s a great feeling.

Yoga For deep relaxation

Restorative yoga is a gentle and calming practice designed to promote deep relaxation and healing. It involves long-held postures supported by props, allowing the body to release tension and stress without strain.

I am so grateful I signed up. It was such a gift to my whole self and gave me a safe, supportive space to begin to process my feelings. Mary Beth brings her own authentic, vulnerable and strong presence to the healing process.

I’m learning to be gentle with myself and more accepting of what is.
