A gentle class, perfect for older adults, beginners or anyone recovering from injury or surgery. By linking our movement to deep, diaphragmatic breathing, we explore range of motion, increase flexibility and gently build strength, balance, and a sense of calmness.

This class is offered three times a week: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment can lead to burn out if you don’t also have a regular self-care practice. Yoga can help! Come stretch tight muscles, strengthen weak ones and leave feeling more relaxed too! And don't worry, anyBODY can do yoga. This class is well suited for people with little to no yoga experience.

This class is offered twice a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Unlike any book club you’ve ever belonged to! We’re combining book club discussion with a yoga practice. We’re reading soulful books to stretch our minds followed by yoga to stretch our bodies. We’ll meet weekly as we progress through the book.

Next Book: Revolution of the Soul: Awaken to Love Through Raw Truth, Radical Healing, and Conscious Action written by celebrated yoga teacher and activist Seane Corn.
