12:00-2:30pm break for lunch and quiet time
2:30-3:30 Meeting Resistance to Flow
3:45-4:30 Yoga and Meditation Practice
4:30-7:00 break for dinner and quiet time
7:00-8:30pm Yoga and Meditation Practice

9:00-10:15 Sustaining Flow
10:30-11:30 Yoga and Meditation Practice
11:30-12:30pm Closing Ceremony
Breaks will be offered throughout the day as well and you are always welcome to take a break whenever you need one.
